Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!

To initiate a return, contact us at support@indtresor.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you’re looking to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for without any delays.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
